We recommend that people with oily hair or who use hair care products daily should consider washing their hair twice per week. People with dry hair can wash their hair less frequently. Those with textured or coily hair should wash it once every week.

We recommend that you deep condition on every other wash or more frequently for damaged hair in need of repair.
