Shampoos
Explore the wonderful world of hair with Hairiffic Ladyfingers' all-natural shampoos. Our Shampoos are made of the best ingredients to cleanse deeply but gently to leave your hair fresh, healthy, and shiny. Our sulfate-free, paraben-free formula is mild and gentle but has great foam. There are no artificial colors. It gently removes styling product buildup and dirt but replaces the moisture lost during cleansing. We have used OKRA mucilage (Ladyfingers) as a base in all our products. This highly potent vegetable has loads of nutrients; it is rich in vitamins A, C, and K and has calcium, potassium, and lots of other nutrients that are great for your hair health. You have a choice of (1)Eucalyptus/Spearmint, (2)Lavender, (3)Honey Beeswax/cactus flower and (4)Rosemary/Grapefruit essential oils, and a host of other natural ingredients infused in our recipes.

At Hairiffic Lady Finger, we recognized this true treasure and have thoughtfully and patiently designed our products with this vegetable as our main ingredient. Okra contains vitamin A, C, K, calcium, magnesium, and potassium which can be used to moisturize and humidify one’s hair - restoring even the most damaged and dry strands. Weather, wind, pollution, and frequent blow-drying or straightening can cause our hair to run out of its supply of nutrients and water (hair humidity). Because of the nutrients and high concentration of water in its composition, Okra can be useful for increasing hair humidity and solving all those issues.

How it all started...
Many moons ago, when I was growing up in South America, my mom needed a solution for my very coarse, thick, kinky hair. I had hair manageability problems and my wash day became a traumatic thing for me. The answer to her problem came from her garden, where she grew Okra, also known as ladyfingers. She crushed the okra for its mucilage, prepared a paste, and spread it across my hair, waiting for it to work its magic!
